At Top Floor Gallery, we offer new and pre-loved items. Please use the below guide to help you understand the condition of our products:
Brand New
Brand new/unused (with or without tags). May include original packaging.
Excellent
Near/like new with little to no flaws. Minor or no noticeable signs of wear.
Great
Light general wear or use. A few minor flaws that are not easily noticeable may be present (e.g. slight creasing, light scuffs/marks, or minor imperfections).
Good
Some noticeable general wear and use/flaws (e.g. discolouration, hardware scratches, or fading).
Fair
Clear signs of wear, but still fit for use. Visible flaws such as tears, stains, or worn areas are likely present.
*Please note that some items may exhibit minor imperfections due to in-store try-ons or handling that were not identified during initial inspection and online listing. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, but slight wear may not always be noted.

We are unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges due to change of mind or sizing issues. Therefore, we highly recommend referring to the condition, photos, sizing and measurements of each item.
The exception to this policy is if the item received is significantly different than described - see our criteria for this here.
Please keep in mind that most items offered on Top Floor Gallery are in pre-loved condition. Our experienced team makes every effort to display as accurately as possible the condition of each item. However, we ask to kindly allow for human error - minor flaws such as pinholes and faint marks/scuffs may be missed by our team occasionally, despite their attention to detail.
