Are all items authentic?
Yes, all items offered on Top Floor Gallery are 100% authentic or a full refund, guaranteed. As most items are second-hand/pre-owned, the original tags, receipts and/or certificates of authenticity may not be available. However, our team is very familiar with the products and brands we offer. Authenticity is based off various factors such as size and wash tags, stitching, zippers, buttons, material, serial numbers and more. If an item in our inventory is deemed inauthentic, it will never be for sale on Top Floor Gallery. Where is Top Floor Galley located?
Top Floor Gallery is currently only an online store. All items are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia

Can I refund a purchased item?
I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?
In the event that the wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package has already been dispatched, Top Floor Gallery will not be liable for any replacement or refund.
The courier will charge an additional cost for change of address for undelivered parcels with wrong/invalid address. Please contact [email protected] or send us a DM on Instagram as soon as possible once you have found that you provided us with wrong address.
What will happen if I'm not home on the delivery day?
In this case, The courier will try to find a safe place to leave your parcel. If they cannot find a safe place, your parcel would be transferred to a nearest Post Office for collection. They may also leave a card in your mail box.
You will need to collect your parcel within 10 business days. If it isn’t collected from the nominated Post Office, your parcel will be returned to us.
We will contact you immediately once we’ve received your returned parcel. You will then need to pay the postage fee for us to re-send your parcel.
